1. When my order will be delivered?

USA: 3-6 business days
Canada: 1-5 business days
International: 8-75 business days

- Calculate the business days from the day after you have received your shipping confirmation. For example, if you have received your shipping confirmation today, tomorrow will be the 1st business day of the shipping.

- The shipping times above are for deliveries in major centers. For rural deliveries or deliveries outside continental USA and Canada, it can take a few more days.


2. When will you ship my order?

We ship orders each business days (Monday-Friday). Usually your order will be shipped less than 24 hours after you place your order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when the package is shipped.


3. My package is late, what to do?

- After calculating the business days of the shipping on this chart, you can contact us if your package is late.


4. What is my Tracking Number?

All packages have a tracking number, except for International shipments. The tracking number is sent automatically to you by e-mail when your package is shipped. If you haven't received your tracking number, please check your "bulk folder" to see if your spam protection has trashed the message. If your tracking number is not in your bulk mail folder you can contact us to receive it.


5. Where can I track my package?

- You can track it on UPS, Canada Post and USPS websites, according to the service your order was shipped with. Allow a few days after the shipping date to begin to see the tracking results.


6. Can you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide (except Spray Paint that can only be delivered in the 48 contiguous US states and in Canada).




Returns and Refunds:

We know how important it is for our graffiti and artist community to have the right tools and supplies for their projects. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund minus any shipping charges and a restocking fee of $16/order for the return handling as well as $1 per unit.



We understand that sometimes clothing or items may not fit or arrive damaged. That's why we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If the size of the clothing item is not correct, w I'me will exchange it for an item of the same model in the correct size. If the item is damaged, we will exchange it for a new one. Customers can contact us to request an exchange, and we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to them.


Defective or Incorrect Items:

We take pride in offering high-quality products to our graffiti and artist community. If the product is defective or if we send you the wrong item, we will give you a full refund or exchange. Customers can contact us to request a return label, and we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. We will issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned item.


Order Cancellation:

We understand that sometimes orders need to be canceled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been packed for shipment or shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item(s) for a refund. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund minus any shipping charges and a restocking fee of $16/order for the return handling as well as $1 per unit. 1. Is there a minimum order for Spray Paint?

No, there is no minimum order!


2. Where can you ship the Spray Paint?

We are now shipping paint to the lower 48 states and to all Canadian provinces. All other products in the online store are available worldwide.


3. Do you substitute colors?

We try to keep the online inventory as exact as possible, but it is possible that we sold out of a color during the day. If it happens, we will substitute the missing color with the closest color available to not delay your order.


4. How do you ship Spray Paint?

All spray paint orders will be shipped with UPS ground or USPS.


5. Can you deliver Spray Paint to a PO Box?

No, sorry we can't ship spray paint to PO Boxes. If in the event we had shipped to a PO Box, we maintain a strict policy of no refunds, no returns and no exchanges.
